Aerial Straps

Artist Salieri Circus Award
Kimberly Zavatta

Kimberly was actually born and bred in Spain, where she was trained and made her debut at the 'Circo Smile', a circus run by her family. However, as an offspring of the Zavatta and Bogino families, renowned operators in this field, she may certainly be considered as Italian. Like her parents and many others in the families from which she descends the beautiful Kimberly, who was born with an innate artistic predisposition, has the circus in her blood. At an early stage she acquired the basic skills of figure skating at the Academy of Circus Arts of Verona, participating in a successful act with her brother Holler. She then embarked on a solo career, focusing on a vigorous and impressive aerial straps act and conveying a great sense of strength and elegance, with spectacular splits, aerial straps and vaulting, and presenting a series of movements using a single hand. In an exclusive performance for the Salieri Circus Award Kimberly will dedicate her act to Carmen, the famous heroine in the opera by the composer Georges Bizet.
